Get ready and prepare your taste buds for a symphony of flavours with our featured recipe of the month: Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Carrots served with succulent Steak.
All you need are;
Brussel sprouts, halved - 250g
Carrots, sliced into sticks - 200g
1 Spring Onion
1 Red Bell pepper
Succulento's Ultimate Magic Seasoning for the veggies and the Sweet & Smoky Grill Spice for the Steak
4 tablespoons of Olive oil
2 tablespoons of Honey
4 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
Sirloin or Ribeye Steak (your choice!) - 300g
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat.
Toss brussel sprouts and carrots in a baking tray. Mix 2 tablespoons of Succulento's Ultimate Magic Seasoning in 4 tablespoons of olive oil and brush, ensuring each piece is coated in its golden embrace. Now slide the tray in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
Marinade the steak with the Sweet & Smoky Grill Spice and add in 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Let the unique blend of herbs and spices weave its magic.
As the veggies bask in their golden glow and roast for 25 minutes, mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of balsalmic vinegar. Drizzle it generously over the roasted brussel sprouts and carrots, introducing a sweet note to the savory composition. Then add some chopped red bell peppers and toss back in the oven for 10 minutes.
While the veggies roast, let's turn our attention to the steak. Pan fry the steak to your desire and add the chopped spring onions to add more flavour.
